Rolling Summaries
Older approved memory compresses into deterministic summary rows. Three summary types, project rolling, handoff, and source-backed.
Deterministic text is the source of truth
Summary text is built strictly from structured inputs. Polishing the wording with an LLM is intentionally gated, the deterministic text stays canonical so summaries never invent claims, remove warnings, or promote pending memory.
Supersede, never delete
Regenerating a summary supersedes the prior one. The history stays available for audit. Stale summaries push an explicit warning into context packs.
