Shelvia

Priced for the check, not the memory.

Most memory tools save everything automatically, with no review step. Shelvia is the layer where nothing becomes trusted memory without human review, every item is source-backed, and the whole trail is auditable. Start free. Pay when the review and audit are part of how you ship.

Shelvia is in invite-only beta. Self-serve billing is not active yet. The tiers above are the launch plans. Join the waitlist to lock in launch pricing. We invite users in small batches so we can react to early friction quickly.

How limits work

Limits are real, not theatrical. They map to the four things you actually do inside Shelvia, so you can check whether a tier fits before you pay.

Approved memory items

Decisions, sources, prompts, summaries, constraints, and next steps that survived human review.

Review candidates per month

Anything queued for human review: connector imports, generated drafts, manual captures.

Context packs

Source-backed bundles produced for the next session, an API caller, or an MCP client.

Project

A scoped workspace inside Shelvia. Projects keep memory, sources, and review queues separate.

Compare limits and controls

Every entitlement, exactly once. The TypeScript SDK is included on every plan and installs from npm: npm install @shelvia/sdk.

Frequently asked

Other memory tools are free. Why pay for this?

Most memory tools save everything automatically, without a review step. Shelvia is the layer where nothing becomes trusted memory without human review, every item is source-backed, and the whole trail is auditable and reversible. You are paying for the review and audit, not the storage. The core loop, MCP, and SDK are free precisely because the value is the review and audit, not the bytes.

Why is billing not live yet?

Shelvia is in invite-only beta. We are still tuning what fits inside each tier based on real workflows. Once limits are stable we open self-serve billing and existing waitlist members get launch pricing first.

Why is Team priced per seat?

Team is a governance purchase, not a memory purchase. When an agent touches a shared codebase, you are paying so there is a human-approved, source-backed, reversible record of what it was allowed to know. That value scales with the number of people relying on it, so it is priced per seat.

What does the waitlist actually do?

Your email goes on the access queue. We invite users in small batches so we can react to early friction quickly. You get an email when your workspace is provisioned.

What happens if I hit a limit?

Existing data stays intact. You see an in-app upgrade prompt and cannot add new items in the over-limit category until the next period or until you upgrade.

Is the TypeScript SDK included?

Yes. The TypeScript SDK is included on every plan and installs from public npm (npm install @shelvia/sdk). Paid plans increase workspace limits and the developer surfaces around it.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Every project supports Markdown and HTML export at every tier, including Free.

Need SSO, SCIM, or a workspace SLA?

Enterprise customers get SAML / OIDC SSO, SCIM 2.0 provisioning, domain auto-join, and dedicated onboarding. Talk to us about seat counts, retention, and a written uptime commitment.
