Terms of use

Shelvia is a memory and routing layer for content you create across AI tools. We don't replace ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable, or any other tool. We organize the work you do inside them and help you continue it.

Shelvia is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI provider. Tool names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Sign in via Google or magic-link email. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for any content you import. Don't import content you don't have the right to keep.

Don't use Shelvia to:

• Store content that violates the law in your jurisdiction
• Bypass another service's terms of use (e.g., circumventing paywalls)
• Reverse-engineer the service or scrape it at scale
• Share another person's private content without consent

Features that call third-party AI APIs (summaries, comparisons, recommendations) process content via those providers under their respective terms. Shelvia doesn't permit providers to retain your content for training. If you mark an import as sensitive, AI processing is skipped entirely.

Shelvia is in early access. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance and outages happen.

You can stop using Shelvia at any time. Account deletion is handled manually. Email team@shelvia.net from the address on the account.

We can suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Shelvia is provided as-is, without warranty. AI outputs can be wrong — review before relying on them. We're not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
